The Antimicrobial Treated Filter is the first stage of filtration for the Mesa Series air purifier. The Microban Aegis Microbe Shield® Antimicrobial treatment inhibits the growth of microbes on the filter that irritate our lungs.

This first stage of filtration also prolongs the life of the final HEPA filtration stage. We recommend changing the Antimicrobial Filter every 3 months for maximum effectiveness.

This efficient MERV 11 filter provides excellent pre-filtration for the IEST certified 99.99% final HEPA filter in the Mesa unit, the perfect unit for small rooms and offices.
