Definition of scam: a fraudulent or deceptive act or operation

Utilizing deceptive marketing tactics, a multitude of companies have intentionally misled the American Public with the intent of monetarily capitalizing on efforts by American institutions including Local, State, and Federal Governments to reduce covid pandemic health and fatality impact. In doing so, these companies have willfully put the health of the public including school children and teachers at risk for monetary gain. Whereas:

In Theory, byproducts of ionization namely charged particles (ions) and reformed molecules are able to inactivate some viruses and bacteria by disrupting the outer layer of molecules.

In Controlled Laboratory Tests, it can be demonstrated that the byproducts of ionization namely ions and reformed molecules at concentrations > 100,000 ions/cm3 can have a statistically significant impact on the inactivation of a given pathogen. It is of critical importance to note that these Tests take place in small chambers with pure air and controlled humidity levels enabling a constant level of high ion densities. Even under the controlled condition, the time required to achieve statistically significant inactivation can be measured in hours not minutes, and certainly not immediately.

Some manufacturers of Ionizing Purifiers produce models that have achieved an FDA Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) or even a 510(k) Class II Medical Device clearance. It is common practice to provide/highlight data resulting from the same brand medical device that includes HEPA filtration when selling/marketing a less effective same brand product.

The hundreds of Thousands of School Kids, Teachers, and Public Servants have suffered and even died from contracting a viral disease in a classroom or office while assuming they were being protected by “Advanced Ionization Technology”.

Facts:

The Primary Mode of Human-to-Human Viral Transmission takes place through the sharing of infected respiratory aerosols. The probability of generated ions or molecules deactivating a pathogen encased in respiratory aerosols in a real-life environment is at best < 1,000,000:1.

There exists not a single scientific, peer-reviewed study in real-world conditions that prove or even demonstrates that Ionization byproducts generated in Occupied Spaces have any measurable effect on mitigating the transmission of airborne disease.
